Young people celebrate Öcalan's birthday in German cities

Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger (TCŞ) and Jinên Ciwan ên Azad (JCA) activists celebrated Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan's birthday with various events.

BERLIN

TCŞ and JCA activists gathered in Berlin to celebrate Kurdish people's leader's birthday. The young people released a balloon with a photo of Öcalan attached in a park in Schönefeld shouting 'Bijî Serok APO'. In the evening, they hung a banner on the Neukölln overpass with a picture of the Kurdish people's leader.

MÖNCHENGLEDBACH

On the occasion of the 71st birthday of Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan, internationalist youth hung large banners on the wall of a building in Mönchengladbach, Germany. Internationalist youth also condemned the isolation of Öcalan.

STUTTGART

In Stuttgart, young people wrote APO with candles in front of the Turkish Consulate. Young people also fired fireworks. The youth hung a banner saying 'Bijî Serok Apo' on a bridge on a highway in the city center. Young people also threw yellow, red and green paints on the Christian Democratic Party (CDU) building to protest the CDU's anti-Kurdish policy. 

OLDENBURG

In the city of Oldenburg, internationalist youth celebrated the birthday of Kurdish people's leader in a park in the city center. The young people brought photos of the 3 Kurdish women revolutionaries killed in Paris and sent a message of solidarity with the Kurdish people.
