Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have rescued a group of 35 civilians in Cemilîyê neighbourhood east of Raqqa yesterday.
The SDF fighters guided the group, most of them women and children, safely through the mine fields. The group managed to reach a safer zone under heavy IS gunfire.
This followed the rescue of a great number of civilians in Raqqa's western neighbourhoods of al-Diriyah and Mirur yesterday noon, who have been taken to safe zones subsequently.
