According to ANHA, an explosive placed in a garbage container near a Sultan Murad position in the Siyasi street in Afrin city center was detonated at 17:00.

First reports said 3 members of the Turkish state backed Sultan Murad gangs were wounded in the explosion.

Sources said the invading Turkish state and their allied gangs went on the offensive after the explosion and closed off main roads in the area.

Meanwhile, scout aircrafts flew over Afrin city center and the Sherawa district.
