Afrin Liberation Forces (HRE) announced the results of an operation carried out by their units in Azaz region as part of the revenge operations against the Turkish occupant army and allied terrorist groups.

According to the HRE statement, HRE fighters hit the emplacements and shelters of the Liwa al-Fatih gang group in the vicinity of the Kafr Kashir village in Azaz on December 11. An antiaircraft weapon of the group was destroyed as a result, while two of their members were killed and another four wounded.

HRE said that their operation was followed by howitzer attacks of the Turkish army and allied gangs that targeted the villages of Malikiya and Merenaz in Afrin’s Shera district.

On the other hand, HRE reported reconnaissance activities by Turkish UAVs in the region.
