The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored the explosion of an IED, as a column belonging to the Turkish forces passed near the town of Kafraya in the eastern sector of the Idlib countryside, causing damage to a military vehicle, but no casualties have been reported so far.
The Syrian Observatory published, three days ago, that Turkish forces conducted a patrol alone, on the Latakia-Aleppo international road. The patrol set off from the town of Al-Nairb, east of Idlib and headed towards the area of Ain Hoor in the northern countryside of Latakia along the “M4” road in the areas controlled by the factions.
Turkish forces had also deployed on the Latakia-Aleppo international road in the southern and western rural idlib countryside, cutting off side roads linking to the M4 road, coinciding with frequent flights by Turkish reconnaissance drones over the area.
