KDP forces close Semalka Border Gate
KDP forces have closed the Rojava Semalka Border Gate with giant metal blocks.
The Pêşxabur (Basûrê Kurdistan) side of the Sêmalka Border Gate was closed by KDP forces with large metal blocks in the early hours of the morning. Semalka Border Gate officials stated that KDP officials closed Semalka Bridge without any explanation.
Acting on the instructions of the invading Turkish state, the KDP had closed the Semalka Border Gate many times before and imposed an embargo on the people of Rojava.
It was also learned that the KDP had stopped all its activities at the border gate.
