Living conditions in occupied Serêkaniyê are getting harder. In the city, where the price of a barrel of diesel (some 158 litres) is over 800 thousand Syrian liras, the barrel of gasoline is more than one million Syrian liras.

The crimes committed by the invading Turkish state continue to make life more and more difficult in Serêkaniyê. According to the information received from sources in Serêkaniyê, many people are kidnapped by mercenaries on the grounds that they have relations with the Autonomous Administration regions.

According to ANHA, in the city, where living conditions are getting worse, the price of a barrel of diesel is over 800 thousand Syrian liras (around 320 US dollars). A barrel of gasoline is more than one million Syrian liras (around 400 US dollars).

The people living in the city cannot even meet their daily needs due to the high cost of living.
