Members of the Education and Training Committee, civil society organizations, military forces, Democratic Civil Administration, political parties and women's organizations attended the celebration held at the Culture and Art Center.
Speaking at the celebration, Legislative Assembly co-chair Siham Hemo congratulated the students who completed all three levels of Kurdish and emphasized the importance of everyone learning their mother tongue.
Language Education Department co-chair Ilham Ataş said that "societies progress by learning. We see the products of the work of our 98 students here on this happy day."
After the speeches, artist Qemer Firêh performed songs in Arabic and Kurdish, while Manbij Culture and Art Center Arîn Group sang Kurdish folk songs.
Finally, certificates were distributed to students of the three different levels: 19 students at the first level, 26 students at the second level and 57 students at the third level. In addition, 12 students who came first were awarded prizes.
