On November 14, El Hemzat mercenaries, linked to the occupying Turkish state have kidnapped Elî Xelîl Xalid, Heyder Semîr Wilo, Hemze Xalid, Hisê Dimso from the village of Basûtê in Shêrawa, Afrin.

It was also reported that mercenaries belonging to Sultan Süleyman Shah group kidnapped Mihemed Mustafa Şêxo in Shiyê on 17 November.
