In the second attack carried out by the Turkish state and its proxies against civilians participating in the vigil in Tishrin Dam, 3 people were killed, and 19 people were injured.

The attack deliberately targeted the convoy of civilians who were reaching Tishrin from the Euphrates Canton.

The injured were transferred to hospitals in Tabqa, Raqqa and Kobanê.

The names of the killed citizens were Omer Hisên Derwêş, Osman Mustefa Îbrahîm and Basim Omer.

Elî, Izedîn Hecî Ebas, Osman Îbrahîm, Hîbe Omer Ezîz, Ronîze and Mihemed Ebdulqadir.
