New initiative for women in Manbij camp begins
"Women have to be conscious and enlightened. They must have the will to protect themselves against capitalist regimes," said Ibtisam Abdulqadir on behalf of the Manbij Women's Council.
The Manbij Women's Council started organizing activities in the camps in the city.
A new initiative was organised in Resim al-Exder Camp with the slogan ‘Spirit and life will flourish with the resistance of women in the camps’, The initiative enjoyed the solidarity of the Internal Security Forces-Women and Health Committee.
Speaking on behalf of the Manbij Women's Council at the first meeting held in the Resim al Exder Camp, Ibtisam Abdulqadir said: “Because of the war, women have had to live in the camps. The women forced to migrate to the camp must be organized. They have to be conscious and enlightened. They must have the will to protect themselves against capitalist regimes."
The initiative will last 15 days.
