Kurdish Red Crescent (Heyva Sor a Kurd) Democratic Society Committee and Social Support Committee organised an event for children from Afrin on occasion of New Year.

The event at the Berxwedan Camp in Fafin district of Shehba was joined by a number of children aged between 5 and 13.

The event witnessed many activities including songs, games, competitions and theater, and ended with a distribution of gifts to children who were displaced from home by the Turkish invasion.

On the other hand, the Culture and Arts Committee of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria organised an event in the al-Mahmudli Camp in Tabqa city to mark the New Year.

Children enjoyed the time with Santa Claus and received toys as gifts.
