People in Derik protest attempts to besiege Maxmur Camp
Hundreds of people marched in Derik against the attempts to besiege Maxmur Camp by the Iraqi army saying "We stand with the people of Maxmur".
Hundreds of people in Derik condemned the Iraqi army's attempt to besiege the Martyr Rustem Cûdî Camp in Maxmur.
The march, which started in Azadî Square, continued until the bazaar. Speaking here, a member of Kongra Star Derik Coordination, Binefş Ebdo, condemned the actions by the Iraqi army and said: "We stand by the people of Maxmur, who rebelled against the plans carried out by the invading Turkish state and the oppression."
