The Press Office of Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) released the balance sheet for the 71st day of the Turkish state’s offensive seeking to invade North and East Syria with the support of ISIS-Al-Nusra remnants.

According to the statement, the Turkish army and allied gang groups continued their occupation attempts in the Serêkaniyê (Ras al-Ain) region. The mercenaries attacked several civilian settlements with heavy weapons in an attempt to expand their occupation zone.

SDF said that the Turkish army carried out intense tank and howitzer attacks on civilian settlements in the vicinity of the Mishrefa village, causing material damage on the properties of the local population.

The statement added that the occupation forces also bombed the villages of Um al-Ishba, Tal Haramla and al-Asadiya.
