Abu Umer al-Sûrî was responsible for weapons and positioning of ISIS cell structures in Northern and Eastern Syria. Returning from a meeting of ISIS, Al-Sûrî was preparing new massacre attacks in the region."
In the operation carried out by the SDF, the statement continued, "the mercenary could not escape and was neutralized while trying to throw grenades to our fighter who called on him to surrender. ”
