Manbij Circassian Union member, Semir Hedaq, talked about the latest developments, and argued that the mercenary card held by the Turkish state is now old.
Manbij Circassian Union Member Semir Hedaq told ANF that the Turkish state wants to create instability in people and it is instilling fear with the special war of attacks it carries out. Turkey has been doing this mostly with mercenaries until now, said Hedaq, adding that these mercenary gangs have nothing more to do. “The situation of all the groups they have gathered in the occupation zone is obvious. Each and every one of them is divided into small groups, they are scattered and they clash with each other almost every day."
People of Manbij do not stop back
Hedaq said that the Turkish government is trying to hide its being at a stalemate on one hand while trying to create fear on the other, by attacking Kobanê, Manbij and other areas. Hedaq continued: “Since the beginning of the revolution, the people of the region and especially Manbij have been subjected to constant attacks. So far, the people have not backed down against any of these attacks. And we won't run away now. The people are aware of the dirty games against the Autonomous Administration.
Turkey did not achieve what it wanted in Syria
Hedaq added: “Despite the gangs Turkey gathered around it, it could not achieve what it wanted. Now all gangs constitute a problem for the Turkish state. The Turkish state wants to get rid of them. The Turkish state has realized that the mercenary card it wanted to play is now old.”
