Villages of Afrin and Shehba under attack

The Turkish state’s genocidal attacks seeking to invade North and East Syria has continued since October 9 in violation of international law and in spite of so-called ceasefire deals.

Turkish state forces and allied mercenaries have launched a wave of aggression targeting villages in the countryside of Afrin and Shehba regions.

According to reports, the villages of Soxanek, Aqîbe and Bînê in Afrin’s Sherawa district, and the villages of Merenaz, Malikiyê, Alqmiyê, İrşadiyê, Til Meraş, Şiwarxa and Tinibê in Shera district are attacked with artilleries.

Concurrently with the aggression on Afrin region, the villages of Şêx Hîlal and Kefer Neya in the neighboring Shehba region are also shelled by the occupation forces.

The attacks are continuing.
