YPG denied Turkish Defense Ministry reports of alleged casualties in northern Syria, stating, "The Turkish occupying state attacks civilian settlement areas every day and manipulates the public with false reports."
The People's Defense Units (YPG) denied statements by the Turkish Defense Ministry about losses in their ranks in northern Syria. In a short message on Twitter, the YPG stated:
"The Turkish occupying state is attacking civilian settlement areas every day and manipulating the public with false reports. The statements made by the Turkish Ministry of Defense on September 23 and 24 are false. We have not suffered any casualties in the said areas."
