People’s Defense Units (YPG) Spokesman Nuri Mahmoud released a written statement on the explosion of a truck loaded with fuel in city of Afrin on April 28, Tuesday, which killed at least 40 people, including civilians.

Mahmoud said; “Some of the parties that occupied Afrin rushed to hold the YPG responsible before checking what happened yesterday. These accusations are unfounded and we have no connection with the incident.”
