Families applied to prosecutor in order to get bodies of their sons
Families of deceased guerrillas applied Prosecutor’s Office in order to take the bodies. Human Rights Association in Turkey IHD provided that families with legal assistance.
Seven families of the 10 HPG guerrillas who lost their lives in the clashes took place in Pervari district of Siirt Province together with the IHD applied the Prosecutor’s Office in order to receive the bodies which are held at hospital.
It is reported that Prosecutor let 5 families to identify the bodies. However, bodies of two guerrillas whose families are in Makhmur Refugee Camp in Iraq were not given to their uncles on account of not being first degree relative. The office asked them present a family tree.
On the other hand, a large number of people gather in from of BDP building in Siirt in order to show their solidarity with the families. It is reported that police has already taken measure, including panzers. An anxious wait is continuing in the city.
