Iran will reopen another border gate with South Kurdistan on Monday.
The Perxwezxan, border gate was closed by Iran on October 14, as a part of the blockade against South Kurdistan, after Kurds voted in favour of independence in September 25 referendum.
Perxwezxan Border Gate is now controlled by the Iraqi army, will reopen on Monday. The border gate is one of the main routes of trade between the Iran and South Kurdistan.
Basmax Border Gate between Iran and Iraq was reopened in recent days and now operating normally.
A third border gate, Haci Omeran remains closed and there is no statement on when it will be reopened.
