Rally for Leyla Güven in Den Haag

The HDP Hakkari MP is demanding an end to the isolation against Öcalan.

Kurds living in Den Haag, the Netherlands, took to the streets on Friday to join the action promoted by KCDK-E and TJK-E.

The rally was one of the many organised all over Europe to protesting the isolation imposed on Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan, and express solidarity with HDP Hakkari MP Leyla Güven, who has been on hunger strike for 73 days.

The action was organized at the Central Train Station and activists chanted slogans, and claimed that “Leyla Güven's demand is our demand”.

The HDP MP for Hakkari is demanding an end to the isolation against Öcalan.
