Martyr Helmet and Martyr Arin Mirkan Revenge Unit said it carried out an action on 19 March in Çınardere, Pendik (Istanbul) and "set a bus belonging to fascists on fire".

The group warned that their actions will continue without interruption until the isolation on Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan is lifted and the persecution of the Kurdish people has ended.

The Revenge Unit also stated that on 20 March, people were prevented by police from celebrating Newroz. "The Martyr Helmet and Martyr Arin Mirkan Unit responded with fireworks to this abuse".
