30 more COVID-19 cases reported in North-East Syria

The Health Committee of North and East Syria announced 30 more coronavirus cases and 5 deaths in the region during the past 24 hours.

Ciwan Mustafa, co-chair of the North and East Syrian Health Committee, shared the last 24-hour data related to the coronavirus outbreak in the region.

Mustafa said that 5 people have died of COVID-19 during the past 24 hours; 2 in Qamishlo, 1 in Dirbespiye, 1 in Shehba and 1 in Heseke.

Mustafa announced 30 more cases in 21 men and 9 women. Of the new cases, 9 were registered in Heseke, 12 in Qamishlo, 1 in Rimelan, 2 in Derik, 4 in Tirbespiye, in Deir ez-Zor and 1 in Til Temir. On the other hand, 7 infected people have recovered.

According to the latest data announced, the total number of cases in the region increased to 508, the number of those who lost their lives to 33, and the number of people who recovered to 87.
