Afrin: 94 civilians abducted in 18 days

According to recent information, the Turkish-backed terrorists have kidnapped more civilians in Afrin.
Mihemed Henan Eşwanî, Hesen Ehmed Soro, Ebdo Mihemed Ehmed and Kemal Xelîl Mehmûd were kidnapped from the village of Senere in the district of Shiye.
On the other hand, the aftermath of Ehmed Mustafa Cinîd, who was recently abducted from Jindires district, remains unknown.
Concerns are growing for Hisên Ali Hesen who was kidnapped in Jindires one and a half month ago.
The occupation forces kidnapped 4 residents of the Senere village on September 17. On the same day, a civilian named Mihemed Şêx Seydî was kidnapped from the Shexotka village in Afrin’s Mabeta district.
On September 16, seven civilians including a woman were kidnapped from villages in Jindires and Shiye districts. Whereabouts and aftermath of those kidnapped are unknown.
The occupation forces’ attacks against civilians have been scaled up in recent months. Hundreds of people have been kidnapped since the beginning of July. In July and August, the number of kidnapped was over 500. According to the ANF, at least 94 people have been kidnapped since the beginning of September. The actual number is estimated to be higher.
Afrin is under the occupation of the Turkish state and its mercenary allies for over a year now. The attacks of the Turkish state against Afrin began on 20 January 2018 and the invasion of the city was carried out on 18 March 2018.
Since the invasion, war crimes have been systematically committed in the region. Almost every day, crimes such as the confiscation of property belonging to local people, kidnapping of civilians for ransom, torture or executions are carried out.
