All peoples of Northern and Eastern Syria are increasingly protesting the invasion threats of the Turkish state.

“INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY MUST CLARIFY THEIR STANCE”

Sheiks of Arab clans in the Cizire region spoke to ANHA and called for unity.

Til Berak Community Leaders Committee Spokesperson and Al Jabur clan leader Tirki Hemze El Mendil said, “As community leaders from the Til Berak, Til Hemis and Hol districts, we condemn Turkey’s threats against Syria.”

El Mendil stressed the importance of the international community clarifying their stance on the threats by Turkey: “Turkey and their collaborators aim to fracture Syria. We do not accept that. We do not accept Turkish invasions and threats.”

“WE WILL UNITE IN THE SAME RANKS”

El Mendil said, “As community leaders in the region, we do not accept any state entering our territory and threaten our security. We will unite in the same ranks and give them the best response, because these lands are our lands.”

Ehmed El Sheti from the Shemer clan said: “As a people we have a position and an administrative system. Why is the international community silent on Turkey’s intervention against our lands?”

El Sheti called on the region’s clans to unite against the Turkish state threats.
