The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said that clashes broke out in Afrin between the mercenaries of Sultan Murad, Liwa Al-Şemal and the 9th Brigade.

In Serêkaniyê, clashes broke out between Al-Hemzat mercenaries. It was reported that many mercenaries from the Military Police were injured as a result of the conflict, and many were wounded and were transferred to hospitals in Turkey in serious conditions.

SOHR noted that the conflict stopped after the problems between the different groups were eventually resolved, and added that several people's homes were damaged.
