Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) sources said the clashes occurred in the southeast and east of Hajin. After ISIS mercenaries withdrew from the clash zone, SDF launched an operation in the area.

The sources also said at least 15 ISIS members have been killed while SDF fighters destroyed several tunnels used by gangs and seized large amounts of ammunition.

A 120 mm mortar and its shells, 4 Kalashnikovs, 1 SPG-9, computers and large amounts of military equipment have been confiscated.

At least 6 gang vehicles have been destroyed and some supply lines have been taken under control by the fighters.
