Basing on local sources in Idlib, Hawar News Agency (ANHA) reported that a convoy of Iranian military forces is on move towards Deir ez-Zor through Hama and Idlib.

The source reported that the convoy consisted of 80 vehicles transporting around 400 military staff.

Simultaneously, forces of the Damascus and Tehran regimes are reportedly gathering by Deir ez-Zor to the west of Euphrates. No official statement has been made on the reason of this military activity which, however, strikingly comes one day after the US President Donald Trump’s administration decided to withdraw troops from Syria.
