The YPG fighter was buried with a ceremony held at Martyr Xebat Derik graveyard.

During the ceremony, the identity information of SDF fighters, Abdullah Kutlu (Tolhildan Xwînrij) and Burhan Yorgan (Dijwar Gever), were also disclosed by the Martyrs' Families Council.

Citizens accompanied the remains of martyr Yılmaz from Dêrik Hospital to the graveyward with a convoy of vehicles. The ceremony began with a minute silence for all martyrs.

Speaking at the ceremony, PYD Member Salih Dêrik said: "We remember with great respect all the martyrs of freedom and we express our condolences to their families. This process requires us to unite against the fascist Turkish state and its mercenaries."

Speaking on behalf of the Democratic Islamic Community Congress, Şêx Sinan Seydüş called for the protection of the values ​​and achievements reached thanks to the martyrs.
