The Martyrs' Families Women's Council in the Tirbespiyê district of the Qamishlo canton opened Arabic, Kurdish and English language courses for the children of the martyrs in cooperation with the Teachers' Union. The training course will continue for one month.
'50 children benefit from the courses'
Approximately 50 children of martyrs between the ages of 5-15 were included in the courses opened at the Martyr Cahide Ronak School. Kurdish, Arabic and English languages will be taught by expert teachers. Training will be given every day and the courses will consist of three parts.
Fehîma Silêman, director of the Tirbespiyê Martyrs' Families Women's Council, told ANHA that they want to open training courses for the children of the martyrs during the summer holidays.
Silêman said that the Women's Council is ready to provide all kinds of support to the children of the martyrs and added: "No matter how much we support the families and children of the martyrs, we cannot equal the price the martyrs paid for the protection of the region, the defeat of terrorism, and the spread of peace and security."
Silêman said that they are also preparing to open music courses for the children of martyrs in cooperation with the Hêzil Culture and Art Center.
