The Northern and Eastern Syria Autonomous Administration Foreign Relations Department handed over 49 children of ISIS families to a Russian government delegation.

According to a statement made by the Northern and Eastern Syria Autonomous Administration Foreign Relations Office, a delegation from the Russian government headed by Mari Lvova-Belova, the Federal Russian President's Commissioner for Children's Rights, visited the Foreign Relations Office in Qamishlo to collect 49 orphans, children of ISIS mercenaries.
