Occupation attacks against Shera, Afrin continue

The Turkish Jihadist occupation troops have again attacked the district of Shera in the northern Syrian canton of Afrin with heavy artillery.

In northern Syria, the district of Shera in the canton of Afrin is under attack by Turkish occupation troops and allied jihadists. According to available information, the populated villages of Kafr Antun, Irshadiya and Tatmarash are being deliberately placed under artillery fire and shelled with heavy weapons. It is not clear how many people in the region are affected by the attacks. It was only on Sunday morning that other villages in Shera were attacked by the occupation forces.

The attacks by Turkey and its jihadist auxiliary forces in northern Syria have not abated, even in times of the coronavirus pandemic, and are mainly directed at residential areas and civil infrastructure. While civilian population suffers casualties, the power and water supply has collapsed in large parts of north-east Syria due to the targeted artillery attacks.
