SDF reiterated their promise to continue the fight on the path of the martyrs until achieving the goals for which they gave their sacred blood and liberating all the occupied areas.
The Press Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced the martyrdom of three of their fighters amidst increasingly ongoing attacks by the Turkish army and allied mercenaries.
The SDF statement released on Wednesday includes the following:
“The areas of north and eastern Syria are subjected to constant attacks by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, using various types of heavy weapons and drones, in addition to the terrorist acts of the ISIS sleeper cells. However, our SDF fighters have shown unparalleled heroism in addressing the brutal aggressions of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries and thwarting the attacks of ISIS terrorists.
Today, three of our fighters have been martyred while on duty.
The martyr Alan Gri Spi, a model of the spirit of comradeship and resistance, did not hesitate to defend his people against the enemy, showing a high commando spirit in battles and clashes with ISIS terrorists in different areas, in addition to resisting the attacks of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries. His good manners made him close and beloved by all his comrades.
The martyr Jan Sher devoted his life to the revolution, achieving the martyrs’ aspirations and goals. He participated and won many battles. He was a courageous fighter, urging his comrades to abide by military instructions, viewing it as the best way to achieve victory over the enemy.
The martyr Akid Hasaka was an idol for his comrades, guiding them in difficult situations, and expressing the right and bold opinions depending on his long history of military experience within our forces. He was an intellectual fighter who was able to thwart the enemies’ plots by putting forward appropriate solutions and tactics.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to our people and the families of the three martyrs, and we reiterate our promise to them to continue the fight on the path of the martyrs until achieving the goals for which they gave their sacred blood and liberating all the occupied areas.
