Syrian Women’s Council released a statement on Monday’s bomb attack in Qamishlo and the murder of Armenian Catholic Church priest Hosib Bedoyan.
Defining the Turkish state’s attacks in Syria as a genocider, the Syrian Women’s Council held the Turkish state and allied mercenaries responsible for the two attacks and called for them to be brought to account.
Pointing to the connection between the Turkish state and cell structures of terrorist groups, the Council stressed that the attacks against Syrian lands involved war crimes and must be treated in the framework of crimes against humanity.
Remarking that the Turkish state revived ISIS, the Council called on international community to respond to these acts that serve ISIS.
