The Rojava based Hawar News Agency (ANHA) reports that Turkish soldiers opened fire on a group of civilians who tried to cross border from Afrin into Turkey on Tuesday.
According to reports, 16-year-old Hesen Cuma al-Hamad was killed in the attack in the border region of the Afrin city which is occupied by the Turkish army and allied mercenaries.
No information was immediately available on the aftermath of the other civilians.
Earlier today, Afrin Human Rights Organization reported that Turkish soldiers crushed a civilian, İdris Hesen, in the district of Jindires on October 9. It is reported that Hesen's arm and leg have been broken.
