The Afrin-Syria Human Rights Organization said in a statement that the "Military Police" mercenaries affiliated to the Turkish state kidnapped two citizens named Rezan Ebdo Yûsif (43) and Mihemed Xelîl Yûsif (45) from the occupied city of Azaz on 19 October. The two men, who are relatives, were kidnapped while returning from Aleppo.
The human rights organization said that the citizens were taken to an unknown location.
Citizens continue to be kidnapped in occupied regions in order to obtain ransom from their families.
