Two SDF fighters injured by Turkish drone attack in Heseke

A Turkish UAV targeted a civilian house in Heseke countryside.

Yesterday at about 3:25 p.m., a UAV belonging to the Turkish occupation targeted a civilian house in the village of Tal Taweel, north al-Hasaka (Hesekê).

The Media Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced on Wednesday that the attack resulted in the injury of two SDF fighters who were on leave.

The attacks of the invading Turkish state and its mercenaries against North and East Syria continued unabated throughout 2022. According to data by the Cizîre Region Human Rights Association, 21 children were killed, and 57 others injured as a result of the Turkish attacks in 2022. 

According to the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) annual report of the violations by the Turkish occupation and ISIS mercenaries against northern and eastern Syria for the year 2022, the Turkish army carried out 120 strikes during the year, including five suicide drone attacks.
