The ISIS mercenaries who killed Sada Feysel al-Harmoush and her deputy Hind Letif al-Khadr have been captured.
The ISIS mercenaries who murdered Sada al-Harmoush, co-chairwoman of the civil council of the Til Sheir (Tal al-Shayer) town, and her deputy Hind al-Khedr, who was also responsible for the economy committee in Dashisha, south of the Hesekê, were captured.
