As Turkish army and its gang groups continue to attack Afrin, fighters of YPJ stand tall against invasion plans of Turkey. Female fighters say that they will never allow a Turkish invasion and respond to attacks by the Turkish supported gangs.

Axin Welat: Al Nusra gangs are attacking to our positions daily. They are using heavy weapons. They want to invade our land. But as YPJ commanders and fighters we will never let them do that.

Istera Ciwana: All young women and men should join the ranks to defend our land. Our enemies wildly attack our people. But they should know that they will never be able to invade our land. We will protect our borders with all our power.

Peyman Jia: We proved to the world that we are able to defend our land. We will defend our land like we do today. All youth should come and join the defence forces and resistance.

Arab fighter Arin Cudi:  There are different ethnicities living in Afrin. We are living here together and we are resisting and protecting our land together. There is no difference between us in that regard.
