  The international conference on ISIS organized by the NRLS in Amude continues on day 2.

  Shaddadi Clans Council President Sileman Derwis said they won’t accept the ISIS trials to be held outside of Northern and Eastern Syria.
• ISIS victims: ISIS members must be tried in international court 

  Victims of several ISIS massacres spoke in the ISIS forum organized by the NRLS and said ISIS members must be tried in international courts so similar structures don’t emerge again.
• International forum on ISIS kicks off in Qamishlo 

  The forum on ISIS started in Qamishlo’s Amude district with participants coming from around the globe.

• Clans Council: An invading state shouldn't be in the "safe zone" 

  The Qamishlo Canton Clans Council members protested the Turkish state’s attempts to form a “safe zone” in Northern and Eastern Syria and said, “Turkey is an invading state. An invading state shouldn’t take part in the ‘safe zone’.”
• Amude Military Council established 

  Military forces announced the establishment of a Military Council in Amude.
• HRE: 5 invaders killed in Afrin and Bab 

  Afrin Liberation Forces (HRE) announced that at least 5 invaders were killed in a series of actions in the Afrin and Bab regions.
• “Turkey wants to destroy the Democratic Nation system” 

  The people of Dirbesiye said they don’t accept the “safe zone” Turkey wants to set up in Northern and Eastern Syria and that Turkey wants to destroy the Democratic Nation system with this attempt.
• KNK Rojava meets with representatives from 28 political parties 

  Representatives from 28 political parties gathered on KNK-Rojava’s initiative to continue the efforts for national unity.
• HRE: 5 invaders killed in Afrin, Azaz and Mare 

  Afrin Liberation Forces announced that at least 5 invaders were killed in a series of actions in Azaz, Mare and Shera districts.
• 600 civilians kidnapped in Afrin in one week 

  The Turkish state and its mercenary allies have kidnapped over 300 civilians in the occupied city of Afrin. The number of kidnapped civilians in the past week has reached 600. 
• “SDF-UN document is the foundation for international recognition” 

  Enver Muslim said the document signed between the SDF and the UN constitutes a foundation for the international recognition of the Autonomous Administration.
• 190 bodies removed from a mass grave in Raqqa 

  Bodies of 190 people murdered by ISIS were unearthed from a mass grave in Raqqa.
• 10 more civilians abducted by the occupation forces in Afrin 

  The Turkish army and their allied gangs abducted 10 more civilians in Afrin.
• Avrin Hospital in Shehba needs support 

  Dr. Azad Sebrî, who works at the Avrin Hospital, called on international aid agencies to address the plight of people in the Shehba region.
• Autonomous Administration statement on Turkish massacre in Kortek 

  The Autonomous Administration called the Turkish state’s attacks, massacres and invasion attempts against Southern Kurdistan “a culture of insistence on methods and massacres the Turkish state can’t give up”.
• Education program for men on women's rights and gender equality 

  In the northern Syrian city of Kobanê, the Women's Association Kongreya Star has launched an education program for men. The men receive instruction on women's rights and gender equality.
• 300 civilians abducted in Mabeta district of Afrin 

  The aftermath of the kidnapped civilians is not known.
• HRE: At least 14 Turkish soldiers and mercenaries killed 

  Actions by HRE fighters left at least 14 members of the Turkish army and allied mercenaries dead in Afrin and its Sherawa district.
• Difficulties doubled in Hol camp during summer months 

  The migrants, who live in difficult conditions due to the scorching heat in the region during the summer months, are complaining that international aid organizations fail to fulfill their promises.
