Second day of young Kurdish activists march among suburbs of Paris kicks off

Young Kurdish activists on Monday started a three-day march among the suburbs of Paris. A call for wider participation was made today, the second day of the march.

Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger (TCŞ) and Jinên Ciwan ên Tekoşer (TekoJIN) started a three-day march in Paris, in the suburb of Drancy. The march will end tomorrow, 15 December.

The young activists, who started to gather in Drancy in the early hours of Monday morning, started marching happily and with determination after a minute's silence in memory of the Kurdistan freedom martyrs.

The young activists carried PKK flags, photos of Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan and other Kurdish martyrs.

In the streets of Drancy, the activists often shouted slogans in French, Kurdish and Turkish.
