Autonomous Administration: 300,000 people displaced by attacks

Turkish genocidal campaign seeking to invade North and East syria together with ISIS and al-Nusra mercenaries continues since October 9.

The Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria held a press conference at the Foreign Relations Bureau Office in Qamishlo city.

The press conference was attended by Social Services Bureau Co-chair and Kurdish Red Crescent Heyva Sor a Kurd representatives.

Social Services Bureau Co-chair Abdulqadir Miwehed denounced a major wave of migration from the cities and villages in North and East Syria following the genocidal attacks of the Turkish state against the region.

Miwehed said that more than 300,000 people have been driven into migration and 86,000 students deprived of their right to education.

Noting that the figures of migration highlighted in international reports were not clear, Miwehed added that the Turkish state’s claims that people are returning home in invaded areas do not reflect the truth.
