The Military Councils under the umbrella of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) issued separate statements on Monday, confirming their readiness to repel any Turkish aggression against north and eastern Syria.

Raqqa Military Council:

“If a war is imposed on us, we will make it a revolutionary war, defending our region”

Tal Abyad Military Council:

”Our war will be all-out and will not be limited to a place or area.”

Manbij Military Council:

“We are not a proponent of war, but if we have been attacked, we will be a model of heroism and resistance in the face of the invaders”

Tal Tamir Military Council, the Syriac Military Council, and the Assyrian Council of al-Khabur Guards:

“We are ready to repel any possible attack by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries on the towns of Zarkan and Tal Tamir”

Deir ez-Zor Military Council and Hajeen Military Council:

“We have completed our preparations and now we are ready to stand up to and protect the ambitions of the occupation in the region.”

Al-Tabqa Military Council:

“This attack will be the beginning of the end of the Turkish occupation and the beginning of the liberation of all the occupied areas.”

Northern Democratic Brigade:

“The invaders will face a protracted war and all-out war that will not stop until the liberation of the entire occupied Syrian territory from Ras Al-ain to Idlib.”
