The Kurdistan Women's Freedom Movement (RJAK) kicked off the actions to mark 25 November, Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, by planting saplings in the Cemetery of the Nameless Women in Kirkuk with the slogan "Jin Jiyan Azadî philosophy against femicides".
Women also left bouquets of roses on the graves of unnamed women.
