Author Ahmet Aktaş’s photo taken with Abdullah Öcalan in Damascus 42 years ago has been shared with the public for the first time.

Xwebûn Newspaper contacted Ahmet Aktaş and shared the historic photograph, which had been taken in 1983 and kept in Aktaş’s archives, with its readers.

Aktaş stated that this was the first time the photograph had been made public through a media outlet.
