A delegation of the DEM Party is in Russia to discuss the latest developments and Leader Apo's call for peace and democratic society.

According to a statement by the DEM Party, the delegation consists of Ebru Günay, Deputy Co-Chair in charge of the Foreign Affairs Commission, Mehmet Rüştü Tiryaki, Depurty Co-Chair in charge of the Democratic Local Governments Committee, Saruhan Oluç, Co-Spokesperson of the Economy Commission and Gülistan Kılıç Koçyiğit, Group Deputy Chair, are

“Our delegation met separately with the Duma Foreign Affairs Committee and the Duma Regional Policies and Local Governments Committee. During the meetings, Mr. Öcalan's February 27 ‘Call for Peace and Democratic Society’ and its effects, the local government model in Russia, the latest developments in the Caucasus and the Middle East, especially in Iraq and Syria were discussed,” the statement said.
