• Mapuche leader Machi Celestino enters 73rd day of hunger strike 

  Mapuche's people spiritual advisor (Machi) Celestino Cordova called on people to continue to fight for Indigenous rights in Chile, even in the event of his death. The Machi has been on hunger strike for 73 days.
• Governor bans public activities in 22 areas in Şırnak

  In Perth a protest action against the Turkish attacks on Kurdistan has taken place on Saturday. Sam Wainwright of the Socialist Alliance of Australia called for the protection of Kurdistan from dictator Erdogan.

  The Turkish regime’s political genocide against the Kurdish people and their elected representatives continues unabated.
• Iraqi MPs dies of Covid-19 

  Iraqi MP Ghida Kambash has died at the age of 46 from corona infection. She is the first member of parliament to succumb to the disease. Up to 20 other MPs have been infected with the virus.
• March for Shengal on 17-18 July from Celle to Hanover 

  The Shengal Council announced that a march to Hanover will be held on 17 and 18 July against the Turkish invasion attacks, and called for participation. The Council also announced its demands to international institutions.

  Sinn Féin MLA John O'Dowd has said there is a pressing responsibility on the Irish government to actively prepare for Irish unity. 
• YPS-JIN claim action in Sakarya: 4 soldiers dead, 12 wounded 

  YPS-JIN stated that they carried out an action against the armoured vehicle carrying Turkish soldiers in Sakarya, Adapazarı district on 9 July. 4 soldiers were killed and 12 were wounded, 3 of them heavily .
