Turkish state forces and affiliated Syrian National Army (SNA) mercenaries attacked Til Arish and al-Alush villages near the town of Abu Qalqal, southeast of Manbij and in the northern countryside of the Tishrin Dam. The aggression was launched from two sides at around 14.00 local time on Friday afternoon.

Clashes broke out after the Manbij Military Council fighters responded to the attacks.

According to initial reports, at least 14 mercenaries were killed and dozens were wounded in the fighting. Reports say that clashes in the area are ongoing.
