  Hevrîn Khalaf has played an unforgettable role in the women's revolution of Rojava and for the unity of peoples. She was executed in an ambush by a jihadist gang allied with Turkey. Her murder was one of many the war crimes committed in the region.
• Iranian activist faces extradition from Turkey 

  Iranian women's rights activist Nasibe Shemsai took part in the protests against the forced veiling and fled to Turkey. Next week she is expected to be extradited to Iran.

• Rape in a state institution in Van 

  Two "security" officers who raped an Iranian woman at the Kurubaş Removal Center located on the Gürpınar road, claimed that they were being "slandered".
• KBDH: Women should raise their voice against violence 

  Calling on all women to reclaim their right to life on 25 November, the KBDH said in a written statement: "We should raise our voices more than ever against harassment, rape and violence against women."
